South Africa’s legendry captain elected Head Coach by Benoni Zalmis chief Javed Afridi

South Africa’s legendry captain Greame Smith has been elected as a Head Coach for Peshawar Zalmi’s team

Chairman Zalmi Mr. Javed Afridi has announced the record-holding ex-captain as Head Coach, whereas the  first-Class left-handed batsman Geoffrey Toyana as an Assistant Coach.

Smith added in his statement, “I’m excited and looking forward to this association,”  Smith mentioned honoured working Chairman Benoni Zalmi and Peshawar Zalmi, Mr Javed Afridi in his new role.

In return Mr. Afridi stated, “We look forward to Graeme’s valuable inputs and guidance to inspire youth to strive towards changing their destiny using Benoni Zalmi as a platform,”

The Global T20 Leagues 8 teams will choose their squads on 27th August 2017

“We look forward to Graeme’s valuable inputs and guidance to inspire youth to strive towards changing their destiny using Benoni Zalmi as a platform,” said Afridi.

On 27th August the 8 teams participating in the Global T20 League will pick their squads in a highly-anticipated plan in Cape Town.
